About Rincon Valley Education Foundation The Rincon Valley Education Foundation (RVEF) is a parents organization that begun forming in March 2003 in response to the State's growing financial crisis. We have received our determination letter from the State and the IRS and are officially a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible. We are an independent organization that supports but is separate from the school district. Our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are available by clicking on the links in the table below. All positions are filled by unpaid volunteers. We are actively seeking volunteers wiling to help in any capacity. We are especially in need of people with the following skills and experience: grant writing, website development, graphic arts, and graphic design.
